ABOUT
Nick Nowottny is a British-German multi-award-winning composer and producer.
After 9 years of composing and executive producing for one of the worlds leading ad-agencies Jung von Matt, he is now offering his musical problem solving skills through his newly founded Ziren Music.
Starting as a singer-songwriter, Nick gathered experience by playing festivals across the country and ending up in recording studios with renowned producers, later on recording artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Rag’n’Bone Man, Milky Chance, Celeste, Lola Marsh, Zak Abel, Alice Merton, a.m.m.
He has worked for major brands such as BMW, Vodafone, Fifa, Mercedes,
Porsche, Ionos, Microsoft. Over the past 7 years, he has helped to shape Bosch’s sonic identity, produced and composed the music for all of the highly acclaimed Like A Bosch campaigns.
With a strong focus on brand identity and sonic branding, he also composed the brand-music for Adelholzener and the retailer Saturn’s sound mnemonic, by utilising the real sound of the actual planet Saturn, recorded by Nasa.
Nick wrote the score for Robert Valentine’s Hypnopolis 1&2, which reached no.1 in 15 countries and was nominated Ad-Week’s Best Podcast of the year.
His compositions have also hit the top 10 on the Spotify Viral Charts and no.1 on the iTunes charts.
In the summer of 2022, he successfully completed production training in France from mentor Leslie Brathwaite (Beyonce, Pharrell, Jay-Z, Madonna, Lauryn Hill)
